Ceen Learning is a house of expertise with more than 35 years in education, training, professional development and consulting, serving ministries, educational institutions and the public and private sectors in Qatar, Jordan and across the Arab world.

Ceen began its work in 1991 through several alliances, until its brand grew and it was established as an independent education, training and consulting company that delivers integrated programs and solutions through its branches and partners in countries across the region and the world.
We design our programs and solutions in partnership with accredited local and international universities and institutions, and align them with national visions and strategies — including Qatar National Vision 2030 and the Third National Development Strategy — with a particular focus on digital transformation and integrating AI tools.
